In Le Marin, Cap Lodge offers five independent lodges designed for couples, families and groups of friends. Head out to explore the island whenever you like, and come back to the calm of your lodge in the evening. Here, you don't just come to sleep: you come to live Martinique.

Ma femme ma petite fille et moi nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement super bien placé vers la commune du marin et surtout le bac à punch que ma petite fille a adoré le propriétaire super sympa est toujours dispos au kA ou pour un couple, c'est l'endroit idéal.

L’emplacement correspondait à notre recherche, l’accueil des propriétaires, le logement correspondait à la description, la climatisation dans les chambres, l’a grand terrasse, la piscine, la tranquillité
Séjour très agréable à cap lodge où nous avons passé 4 semaines dans des conditions idéales.
Le lodge cocotier était parfait pour deux, spacieux et fonctionnel,avec sa jolie terrasse et son bac à punch rafraîchissant! L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir plages, lieux de randonnées et visiter le sud Martinique. Un grand merci à Agathe et Gaëtan pour leur accueil, disponibilité et conseils sur les visites à faire. Que du bonheur !

Comme à la maison
On a séjourné dans trois logements du Cap Lodge pendant 21 jours en juillet à 15 personnes. Tout était comme on l’avait imaginé : grand, spacieux, accessible, accueillant et chaleureux. On avait assez d’espace pour tous sans jamais se marcher dessus. On pouvait se mettre à table en même temps mais aussi s’isoler quand on le voulait. L’environnement est calme et bien situé par rapport aux trajets vers le sud et vers le nord-est de l’île. Une belle rencontre avec nos hôtes qu’on n’oubliera jamais.

Le cap lodge est positionné idéalement à proximité des belles plages et de Saint Anne, magnifique petit village. L’accueil est chaleureux et l’organisation au top de l’arrivée au retour à l’aéroport. Pour ceux qui hésitent encore le véhicule de location est indispensable pour découvrir l’île.
Deux semaines superbes passées au lodge cocotier.
Nous avons été reçus chaleureusement par Agathe et Gaetan. Ils sont disponibles et réactifs aux demandes. Leurs bons conseils nous ont fait découvrir les charmes de la Martinique. Mention spéciale pour le bac à punch, idéal pour la détente de fin de journée. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, merci à Cap Lodge.
Super séjour au sein du Cap Lodge
Notre séjour au Cap Lodge fut très agréable. Très bien situé, le logement coche toutes les cases pour passer un super séjour dans le sud de la Martinique. Gros coup de cœur pour les espaces extérieurs notamment la piscine qui a fait toute la différence. Je recommande 100%!

In Le Marin, at the southern tip of the island, the beaches are 10 minutes away and everything is close: Les Salines, Sainte-Anne, Cap Chevalier, the marina, the rum distilleries, the Trace des Caps. And we know the good addresses.

Breton by birth, with a heart shared between Brittany and Martinique: I spent my teenage years on the island of flowers and never lost that bond. In 2021, with my wife and our two daughters, we chose to come back and build our family life here. Cap Lodge Martinique grew out of that wish: to share with you our love of the island, its authenticity, its landscapes and its gentle way of life. Welcoming you, advising you, telling you which beach to pick today: for us, your stay starts long before you arrive.
Since this year, we produce our own electricity with our solar panels.

For anything else, a message is all it takes. We reply quickly, in English or French, often the same day.
What is the minimum stay?
Five nights, all year round. That's the time it takes to enjoy your lodge and the south of the island. If you're unsure about your dates, just write to us.
Are there discounts for long stays?
Yes, all year round: −5% from 14 nights, −10% from 21 and −15% from 28 nights, applied automatically to your quote. The longer you stay, the less each night costs.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Lodges are ready from 5 pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Early check-in from 1 pm and late check-out until 6 pm are available subject to availability.
Can we book for tonight?
Bookings are made by the day before at the latest, so we can get your lodge ready. For a short-notice arrival, message us on WhatsApp: we reply quickly.
How does payment work?
You send us your request from the website, we confirm availability and you receive a secure link to pay the deposit by card. The balance is paid by bank transfer thirty days before arrival. The booking is final once the deposit is paid: we do not offer cancellation.
Does every lodge have a pool?
Palmier has its own private pool. Manguier and Papayer share a pool reserved for their guests only. Cocotier and Goyavier each have a private plunge pool on their terrace.
There are ten of us, or more. Is that possible?
Yes, that's our strength. Manguier and Papayer can be booked together for ten, Goyavier and Palmier connect for fourteen, and the whole residence sleeps up to twenty-seven. Write to us and we'll put your stay together.
Can we rent a car on site?
Yes, with your lodge: two Suzuki Ignis, practical and economical, at €35 per day. The car goes with the airport transfer: our partner driver meets you inside the airport, drives you to the lodge, and your car is waiting there in your parking space. The transfer is paid in cash to the driver on arrival.
Is there equipment for a baby?
Yes, free of charge and subject to availability: cot with mosquito net and mattress, high chair and pushchair. Let us know when you book.
How far are the beaches and the airport?
The beaches of Sainte-Anne are 10 minutes away, the Le Marin marina 5, Les Salines 20. The airport is about 45 minutes away. In Le Marin, at the southern tip of the island, you are close to everything.
