Booking terms
The house rules, in plain language. They apply to every booking made directly with Cap Lodge Martinique.
Length of stay and dates
- Five-night minimum stay.
- Bookings by the day before arrival at the latest.
- Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 11 am. Early check-in from 1 pm and late check-out until 6 pm on request, subject to availability and at the rates shown on the Services page.
Booking and payment
- We confirm your request after checking availability. You then receive a secure payment link.
- A deposit of 30% of the stay is paid by card on confirmation. The balance is paid by bank transfer thirty days before arrival. For a stay booked less than thirty days ahead, the payment schedule is agreed together.
- Rates shown on the website are indicative and confirmed in our reply. Tourist tax is charged in addition, at the rate in force in Le Marin.
Cancellation
The booking is final once the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable and the balance remains due in the event of cancellation or early departure. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Your stay
- The number of guests may not exceed the capacity shown on the lodge's page.
- Lodges are non-smoking indoors.
- Bed linen is provided. For two-week stays, it is changed halfway through.
- Pools and plunge pools are unsupervised. Children remain the responsibility of the adults accompanying them.
- Car hire is offered only as an add-on to a stay. Its terms are set out in the vehicle rental contract.
