Privacy policy

We collect only what is strictly necessary to reply to your request and organise your stay. Nothing is sold on, nothing is shared for advertising purposes.

What data, and why

When you send us a booking request, by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the dates and make-up of your group, and the extras you'd like. This information is used to confirm availability, draw up the rental contract, collect the deposit and balance, and prepare your welcome.

The form on this website stores nothing: the message is composed in your browser and only sent when you choose to send it.

Retention

Information linked to a stay is kept for as long as required by accounting and tax obligations, then deleted. Requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted within a year.

Audience measurement

We use cookie-free audience measurement with no personal identifiers (Vercel Analytics), which counts visits anonymously. No consent banner is therefore required.

Payment

Card payments are processed by a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card numbers.
